The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the NEET UG 2025 Admit Card for candidates appearing in the national-level entrance exam for MBBS and BDS courses. Students who registered for the exam between 07 February 2025 to 07 March 2025 can now proceed with the NEET UG 2025 Admit Card Download process through the official NTA portal. The NEET UG 2025 exam serves as the gateway to admission in top government and private medical institutions across India. • Face and ears should be clearly visible
• No cap, hat, or tinted glasses
• Photograph must include the candidate’s name and the date on which the photo was taken

🔹 Code 01 – For Students Appearing in 12th in 2025

If you’re currently in 12th class (2025) and waiting for your board exam results, you can appear for NEET.
👉 But remember: You must pass the 12th exam with required marks before the first round of counselling to get admission.

🔹 Code 02 – Regular 12th Pass with Science

If you’ve passed your 12th (10+2) with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English, and your school follows the standard education system (like CBSE, ICSE, State Boards), this is your code.

🔹 Code 03 – Pre-University/Intermediate Exam Passed

If you passed an Intermediate or Pre-degree course from a recognized board/university with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotech, and English, then this is your category.

If you’ve completed a pre-professional or pre-medical course after 12th that includes Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotech, and English with practicals, then select this code.

🔹 Code 05 – 1st Year of B.Sc. with PCB Subjects

If you’re in the first year of a B.Sc. course from a recognized university with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotech (including practicals), and you’ve already passed 12th with PCB and English, then this code is for you.

🔹 Code 06 – B.Sc. Degree Holders

If you’ve completed a B.Sc. degree and studied at least two of these subjects — Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotech, and you had PCB + English in 12th, this is your correct code.

🔹 Code 07 – Equivalent Foreign or Other Exams

If you passed any other exam in India or abroad that’s equivalent to 10+2 and includes the last 2 years of study in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotech + English with practicals, then this code applies to you.
